Pierre-Paul Marcil

Pierre-Paul Marcil, 50, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Gaetan and Dorothee (Savoie) Marcil. Pierre-Paul was employed with Western Inventories and was co-owner of Elmwood Motel. He enjoyed watching sports, playing Strato (baseball card game), golfing and time with his family.

Pierre-Paul will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 25 years, Christina (Lutes) Marcil; his children, Sara, Samuel, Emily, Benjamin, all of Moncton; mother-in-law, Carmel Lutes (late Bonar), Moncton; sisters, Marie-Josee Marcil, BC, Michelle Marcil, Moncton; brothers, Jean-Francois, Moncton, Marc-Andre, Montreal; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Friday, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass, St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, Saturday, October 25, 2008, 10:00 am, Rev. Allison Carroll officiating. Reception following the Mass. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
