Johanna H. Bennett

Johanna H. Bennett, 64, of Lakeville, Westmorland Co., passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, October 20, 2008. Born in Wassenaar, Netherlands, she was the daughter of the late Anthonius and Johanna (Meuwsen) Van Egmond. Johanna was formerly employed with Bayshore Home Health as a homecare worker. She was a member of Lakeville United Church and enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family.

Johanna will be sadly missed by her son, Arthur Bennett; three brothers, Adriaan Van Egmond (Lorraine), Moncton, Tony Van Egmond (Margaret), Abbotsford, BC, Marty Van Egmond (Pam), Brisbane, Australia; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, predeceased by husband, Ross A. Bennett (2006); daughter, Jenny Lynn; brother, John Van Egmond.

Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Thursday, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, October 24, 2008, 11:00 am, Rev. Claudia Keeler officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Lakeville Cemetery.
